How returns, replacements, and refunds work for research materials.

Because our Products are research materials, this policy balances customer protection with the safety and integrity requirements of laboratory compounds.
For safety and integrity reasons, opened, used, or unsealed vials are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no charge.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we process the return or claim. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before they have shipped. Once shipped, the Shipping and return terms above apply.
Clearance items and any item marked final sale are non-refundable except where required by law.
