This Shipping Policy describes how Peptara processes and ships orders.

1. Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

2. Packaging

Products are lyophilised, sealed, and shipped cold-chain to protect integrity. Each shipment includes the lot's certificate of analysis.

3. Methods, carriers & cost

• We ship via reputable carriers with tracking.
• A flat shipping rate applies at checkout, and shipping is free on orders over $200.
• Shipping and any taxes are calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery estimates & tracking

Estimated transit is typically 2–5 business days within the United States. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

5. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If a tracked package is significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will help investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.

7. Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States. Availability to specific destinations may be restricted by applicable law.
